OLD PASCAS RON BLANCO LIGHT AND MILD
A particularly elaborate, traditional method of distillation coupled with cutting-edge technical know-how produces the remarkable quality of Old Pascas White Rum (37.5% vol.). The result is an exceptionally neutral, fine, mild spirit. White rum is distilled from sugar cane molasses (sugar cane -> sugar-cane juice -> production of crystallised sugar -> molasses) and, in contrast to brown rum, should be crystal clear (not cask-matured), young and fresh, fine, light and almost neutral in flavour and aroma. Connoisseurs appreciate the light, neutral and harmonious flavour of Old Pascas—light and mild. Old Pascas comes in 0.7 l and 1.0 l bottles.
Old Pascas White tastes great on its own or on the rocks and makes a fantastic base for international long drinks, for instance the famous Cuba Libre with Coke and for all manner of exotic mixes and rum cocktails.
